The People's Care Watchdog was created by families for all concerned members of the public. Here you can read the stories submitted by families, friends and professionals who have bravely shared their experiences of Care Homes or unlawful End of Life protocols .

Hearing when services haven't met expectations is important so we can learn from failures and mistakes but we also welcome stories of great care and positive experiences so that we can collate and share best practice.
